Jesse Holman is the Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of HCP COMPANIES, a financial advisory and consulting firm specializing in serving the needs of high net-worth individuals, their families, and their businesses. He has spent almost two decades as a trusted advocate in coordinating his clients’ financial lives in order to help them grow and protect their legacies.
A native to the Bay Area in California, Jesse earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of California at Davis. His career began during the 1990s dot-com era in Silicon Valley with start-up technology companies that were eventually acquired by IBM. Jesse holds the professional designations of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and CERTIFIED FAMILY BUSINESS SPECIALIST (CFBS).
Jesse, his wife, Heather and their four teenagers live in Franklin, Tennessee. He enjoys playing basketball and spending time in his shop on a woodworking project or his aquaponics system. He has given back to his community by mentoring young people through the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization and donating his time to the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program through the United Way.

As a Founding Partner and Chairman of the company, Dennis has helped build HCP COMPANIES into the advisory and planning firm for wealthy families and privately-held businesses that it is today. His success is measured by treating each client’s finances in a manner consistent with his or her goals. He has a unique ability to connect with clients to explain how each component becomes part of a lifelong financial roadmap.
Dennis began his career in the financial services industry in the early nineties. He currently holds the professional designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.
Dennis also serves as the Chair for multiple endowment and investment committees with organizations such as the US Tennis Association (Southern Division), Bethlehem United Methodist Church, and the Tennis Committee for a local YMCA. In addition, he is the Treasurer for the Southern Tennis Patrons Foundation in Atlanta, Georgia, along with being a Budget Coach for Habitat for Humanity in Franklin, Tennessee.
Dennis enjoys running, biking, hiking, and camping with his wife, Joann, and their three children and six grandchildren.

Bill is a Managing Partner and Director of Wealth Management at HCP COMPANIES. His career with the firm began in the planning department where he worked with a wide variety of financial situations and engineered complex financial plans for numerous high net-worth clients. Early in his career, Bill earned the professional designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. He believes every client deserves a comprehensive plan customized to his or her unique situation and needs.
Originally from Maryland, Bill attended the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. At CUA, Bill played on the football team and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Minor in Theology. Bill and his wife, Taylor, live in Nashville, Tennessee, where they have one daughter, Elizabeth, and another baby arriving in August. Outside of the office, Bill enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. They attend Fellowship Bible Church where they lead and are involved in various ministries. Bill is also on the Junior Achievement Associate Board.

For over a decade, Chad has been helping physicians and dentists navigate the financial issues they face from residency to retirement. In his role as Managing Partner and Vice President at HCP COMPANIES, at our Benton, Louisiana, office, Chad takes great pride in getting to know his clients on a personal level, learning what financial goals they are striving to meet and watching the plan they develop come to fruition.
Chad grew up in Greenwood, Louisiana, where he learned the value of hard work and dedication. He had great mentors in his life who taught him to be efficient and to complete each task he takes on. He attended Louisiana Tech University in Ruston and has been working in the financial industry since 2002.
Chad and his wife, Shelly, along with their family, live in Benton, Louisiana. His family is his driving factor in everything he does. They attend St. Jude’s Catholic Church in Benton, where he is on the pastoral council. Chad enjoys the outdoors and loves to hunt with rifles, as well as a bow and arrow, because of the discipline and dedication needed for the sport.

Justin is a Managing Partner and President of HCP COMPANIES and is located in our Hattiesburg, Mississippi, office. He is devoted to helping people dream big and then working out a plan to realize those dreams. Justin believes in understanding each client’s goals and keeping these at the forefront as they partner together to create an individualized plan for success.
Born and raised in Demopolis, Alabama, Justin attended the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg on a golf scholarship. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance in 2006. He has also received CLU and ChFC designations through The American College of Financial Services. Before beginning his financial career in 2009, Justin was a professional golfer on various tours. Because of this, he can combine leisure and business as he conducts meetings during a round of golf.
Justin and his wife, Leslie, reside in Hattiesburg and are the proud parents of two daughters, Ava-Katherine and Maley. They also have two dogs, Willis and Sassy. The Elliotts are very involved with their church family at Temple Baptist Church. When not at the office, Justin enjoys playing golf, exercising, and traveling with his family.

As Chief Operating Officer, Lara ensures all components of HCP COMPANIES are both effective and efficient. By working closely with Managing Partners, Financial Advisors, and Staff, she makes sure consistency in processes and procedures and open communication are prioritized.
Lara joins HCP COMPANIES with over 20 years of experience in management, marketing, and sales. A native of western North Carolina, she attended Mars Hill College on a full academic scholarship and graduated in 3-1/2 years with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Public Relations and a Minor in Business Administration.
After college, Lara enjoyed a variety of professional opportunities, all which contributed to the experience and skills she now brings to HCP COMPANIES.
Of all of her accomplishments, however, Lara is most proud to be a wife and mother. She and her husband, Justin, have two teenage daughters, Sophie and Mia, and live just south of Franklin, in College Grove, Tennessee. When she is not working, Lara enjoys being outside – gardening, taking walks, and savoring quiet moments.

Jeb has been working closely with HCP COMPANIES through the firm’s financial planning department since 2019. Jeb was a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Harding University in Arkansas. Early in his career, Jeb earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation through his coursework at Belmont University and has been developing comprehensive financial plans since 2016, particularly for individuals owning closely-held businesses and investment real estate.
Originally from the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area, Jeb attended Harding University in Arkansas and graduated Magna Cum Laude. In 2016, he moved to Nashville, where currently lives with his wife and dogs and regularly attends Victory Church. When he is not building plans for clients, he enjoys playing ice hockey, traveling, and reading.

As a Financial Advisor at HCP COMPANIES, Kannan plays a key role in making sure each client’s needs are met through an individualized financial plan. Kannan began his career in the financial services industry as a Premium Finance Specialist and Practice Development Specialist, and soon after earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation.
Kannan graduated with an Economics Degree from Middle Tennessee State University, Murfreesboro, Tennessee. While attending college, he was a board member in a youth’s sports organization and still volunteers year-round in youth sports.
When not busy at HCP COMPANIES, Kannan spends his time fishing on Center Hill Lake, hiking, and watching regional sports teams.

After almost 20 years in the real estate industry, Cory Holman joined HCP COMPANIES as a Financial Services Professional. With a passion for helping clients, he brings both energy and expertise to every situation.
Cory earned a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo. After relocating to Nashville in 2009, he networked into the local music industry, assisting artists and their business managers with their real estate portfolios.
Beyond his professional career, Cory is deeply committed to community service. He has volunteered and helped build homes with Habitat for Humanity, mentored underserved youth through FrankTown Open Hearts, and graduated from Young Leaders Council in Nashville.
Despite his busy schedule, Cory prioritizes quality time with his partner, Brittany, her children, Skylar and Jack, and their adopted poodle, Chloe.

Heather is a Kentucky native who moved to Nashville after graduating from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism and Public Relations.
She began her career in the newsroom of WSM Radio but soon moved into television news, working at the NBC affiliate in Huntsville, Alabama, and the local Fox and ABC stations in Nashville, Tennessee. After spending almost a decade as beloved news anchor and reporter, Heather decided to transition her career to Public Relations and Marketing. She has worked for clients in numerous industries such as healthcare, government, real estate, and finance.
Heather’s role as Director of Marketing at HCP COMPANIES allows her to focus on maintaining relationships with our clients.
Outside of work, she enjoys being involved in her children’s school and extracurricular activities, as well as spending time outside gardening.

Kara spent her childhood in Owensboro, Kentucky, and now lives in Northeastern Pennsylvania after spending a number of years in Nashville, Tennessee. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Certificate of Financial Planning from Western Kentucky University.
Her passions include involvement in her children’s school and extracurriculars, reading, running, and spending time with her husband, Ryan, and their four children, Mary Kate, Will, Olivia, and Noah.

Danielle is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with Bachelors Degrees in Psychology and English Literature. Prior to working in the financial industry, she gained valuable client service experience as a manager in the hospitality industry. She then got her start in the financial services industry at the MassMutual office in Houston, Texas, as the Director of Marketing and General Agent Assistant, before joining HCP COMPANIES in 2016.
A Nashville native, Danielle enjoys hiking, kayaking, reading, and spending time with her husband, Kenny and their two children.

Lori Stogner is a Client Services Specialist for HCP COMPANIES in our Hattiesburg, Mississippi, office. She attended William Carey University and obtained a Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication and Business Administration. During this time, she was introduced to the finance industry as a Financial Services Intern. Because of this exposure and her genuine desire to help others, she joined the industry as a full-time employee in 2015.
Lori provides industry-leading service and support to all of our clients. Having worked in numerous capacities within the financial services industry, she brings a unique portfolio of knowledge to the company.
A native of Hattiesburg, Lori still resides there with her husband, Josh, their daughter, Mollie, and son, Keaton. They are active members of Temple Baptist Church where Lori sings on the worship team and serves on the Women’s Ministry. Lori enjoys spending time with family, watching baseball, exercising, and hunting.

Originally from Ethiopia, Kindeh moved to the United States in 2014 after being adopted, and now resides in Benton, Louisiana. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing pickleball, spending time with friends and family, and actively participating in her local church, Woodridge Baptist Church.
